Yes, minimum order value is 50,00 €.

We will do our best that your order will be ready for dispatch within the next 24 hours (during the working week). However this depends on the order situation and can take more or less time. Details can be given by your person in charge.

Parcel shipment will be done by DPD or DHL. In case of bigger orders we will ship with a forwarder. Of course you can also collect your order in Wadgassen within our working hours.

From minimum order value of 150,00 € net shipment (within Germany) will be free of charge.

The costs thereby incurred will be fixed after consignment is ready for dispatch. Costs are depending on weight, volume and country of destination.

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. Please contact your person in charge who will help you.

Terms of payment for new customers for the first 3 orders are either payment in advance or cash on delivery.

You can pay either per payment in advance, bank collection, cash on delivery or PayPal.

Please don’t transfer money if you have not received your invoice from your person of charge. As soon as we have received your payment on our account we immediately ship the items ordered.

For payment per bank collection we need the following information: Account holder’s name, bank name and address, IBAN & SWIFT

For payment per cash on delivery a cash on delivery charge is incurred.
